MRE Road District Budget Hearing

The road district budget meeting will be held Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 6:00 pm. The Zoom link is included below. The budget summary letter and notes from the two budget committee meetings are posted on the MRE website. Go to the Road District tab and then to the Budget Information tab to view these documents.

You can comment on the budget by attending the meeting or, if you cannot attend, your written comments will be shared at the meeting. I will only read comments from people who cannot attend the meeting. All comments, written or oral, will be part of the meeting notes. If you do attend the meeting and would like to submit your comments in writing for inclusion in the meeting notes, please send them to me before the meeting. You may then share your comments during the meeting.

During the meeting, the budget will be presented by the budget officer. Public comments will be heard. The budget committee will then discuss whether to make any changes. Once changes, if any, are made the committee will then vote on whether to send the budget to the commissioners for approval.
